 I love hummus. It is so easy to make, versatiles, and can be made with an infinite variety of ingredients. Today i picked some things from the garden, grabbed some garbanzos from the cupboard and whipped up a delicious lunch with hummus left for a week or more in about 10 minutes.
I love hummus. It is so easy to make, versatiles, and can be made with an infinite variety of ingredients. Today i picked some things from the garden, grabbed some garbanzos from the cupboard and whipped up a delicious lunch with hummus left for a week or more in about 10 minutes.- 2 cans garbanzos, one drained
- 3 onion greens (or two green onions)
- about a dozen shakes of curry powder
- pinch of turmeric
- salt and pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 thai chilly peper
- pinch cumin
- small sprig of fresh parsley 
 
- drizzle safflower oil
