- 2 cans garbanzos, one drained
- 3 onion greens (or two green onions)
- about a dozen shakes of curry powder
- pinch of turmeric
- salt and pepper
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 thai chilly peper
- pinch cumin
- small sprig of fresh parsley
- drizzle safflower oil
Dump it all in a blender and blend until well mixed. Easy as that! Have with salads, on toast, on veggies, whatever you like.
